WRONG FIT OR CHANGE OF MIND:
At Chasing Oso we are more than happy to exchange garments due to incorrect fit or change of mind provided that the item is returned:
• in original condition
• unwashed
• unworn &
• all labels & tags still attached.
Please note, for all leotards customers must try on these garments wearing undergarments & ensure that the hygiene sticker is not removed. Unfortunately if removed, due to health reasons Chasing Oso cannot exchange, refund or credit leotards.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase for an exchange or store credit. For International customers we allow 30 days from receiving of your order. Returns received outside of our return period will not be accepted. Please keep in mind postage times when sending your items back and ensure the garments arrive at Chasing Oso’s office within the return time period.
Chasing Oso cannot be held liable for returns lost by the postal service. We recommend sending the returns using registered or tracked post. We do not offer free returns/exchanges & it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage to & from our office for all exchanges.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE:
• Pre-paid & self-addressed trackable postage bag for your exchange to be sent out
• Note with full name, order number & address
• Name & size of design you are wishing to exchange for
All returned items that do not comply with our returns/exchanges policy will automatically be returned to the customer. Please keep in mind some of Chasing Oso’s styles are limited edition & exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you are wishing to exchange for is not in stock a store credit will be issued.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving your items. If your return/exchange is urgent please email hello@chasingoso.com.

Chasing Oso does not offer exchanges or store credit on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
Chasing Oso is happy to refund/exchange or credit items that are deemed faulty by Chasing Oso. Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of placing your order. It is at the discretion of Chasing Oso upon accessing the garment that depending on the conditions of the garment, how the product was washed, cared for and the extent of the fault, to then offer either a refund, exchange or credit.
If you believe your item to be faulty please contact hello@chasingoso.com with your name, order number, details of the fault and preferably with some photographs displaying the fault and we will endeavour to attend to your email as soon as possible.
