PICK UP SERVICE:
Chasing Oso offers a pick up service for customers who live locally to the Chasing Oso Warehouse.
After placing your order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We ask that all orders be collected within 3 business days of receiving your pick up confirmation email. If you cannot collect your order within this time frame please contact us to arrange another time. If we don't hear from you and your order hasn't been collected, Chasing Oso will contact you in regards to organising postage costs at the buyer's expense.

POSTAL DELIVERY:
If your parcel is "returned to sender" to us due to not being collected from your local post office or an incorrect address was provided to us, a charge of $10.00 will be issued to you to resend out this parcel.
