FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
Chasing Oso offers free EXPRESS shipping on all orders over the value of AUD$100 made in one single transaction. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout when your cart value equals or exceeds AUD$100. If the shipping option does not automatically apply you can select it from the shipping options at checkout. The Free Shipping Promotion is valid for all Australian orders only. Offer is subject to change at any time. Please note if you wish to return/credit any products purchased using the promotion and it brings the value of your original order below AUD$100 a shipping charge of AUD$10 will be deducted from your refund/credit.
SALE ITEMS
No returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final. If a product is deemed faulty by Chasing Oso after purchase, customer service may offer a store credit or refund at their discretion. There are no exchanges for sale items.
DISCOUNT CODES
All discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. To redeem discount codes they must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the discount code the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited or applied to another order and is not redeemable for cash. Discount codes can not be applied to any past orders.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are digital only and no shipping is charged for purchases of gift cards. If gift cards are purchased in the same transaction as any other product shipping will be charged as usual. After purchase of a Gift Card you will receive an email of your digital gift card and instructions on how to redeem it. To redeem simply insert your gift card code into the box at checkout. Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended or honoured past the expiry date.
OSO REWARDS
After signing up to the OSO Rewards program you will start to accrue 5 points for every dollar spent at chasingoso.com.au. Points cannot be assigned to any past orders. Redeemed discount codes are valid for 30 days. Reward Discount Codes and points cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All Reward Discount Codes are valid for one use only and cannot be applied to any past orders and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
To use a Reward Discount Code they must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Only one Reward Discount Code can be used per purchase. Reward Discount Codes can not be used to purchase gift cards and do not apply to shippings costs.
Rewards Points cannot be allocated to past orders. Any points/reward discount codes used on purchases are non-returnable. If the customer chooses to cancel their order for a refund or store credit, any points/rewards discount codes used will not be reassigned to your account nor will the discount code be re-activated.
Reward Discount Codes are only valid to use on orders over $50 (before discount is applied). If an order is partially refunded which drops your total order value to under $50, you will be issued your regular refund minus the Rewards Discount Code value. Chasing Oso reserves the right to halt or cancel the rewards program at any time and any unclaimed points or yet to be redeemed Reward Discount Codes will be forfeited, however all redeemed Reward Discount Codes will be honored.
AFTERPAY
Please note that as Afterpay is a third party payment gateway, it is possible for there to be a lag in the checkout process. This means it can take longer for your cart to finalise than what it would using other payment methods. Due to the high demand of some of Chasing Oso's products, there is a slight chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at checkout and multiple people are checking out with the same product at the same time. If you are using Afterpay to checkout, please note you may run the risk of your carted items overselling. Chasing Oso is not responsible for goods overselling for customers who use Afterpay. Chasing Oso will issue a full refund for any items that may oversell and become unavailable to fulfil your order.
