Chasing Oso offers a pick up service for customers who live locally to the Chasing Oso Warehouse. Simply select the pickup option during the checkout process when finalising your order online.

After placing your order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We ask that all orders be collected within 3 business days of receiving your pick up confirmation email. If you cannot collect your order within this time frame please contact us to arrange another time. If we don't hear from you and your order hasn't been collected, Chasing Oso will contact you in regards to organising postage costs at the buyer's expense.

* Please note due to Covid, there may be some delays that will vary depending where you are located. Unfortunately this is out of our control but we will be sure to dispatch your order from our Chasing Oso Warehouse quickly to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. 

Chasing Oso is happy to refund/exchange or credit items that are deemed faulty by Chasing Oso. Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of placing your order. It is at the discretion of Chasing Oso upon accessing the garment that depending on the conditions of the garment, how the product was washed, cared for and the extent of the fault, to then offer either a refund, exchange or credit.

If you believe your item to be faulty please contact hello@chasingoso.com with your name, order number, details of the fault and preferably with some photographs displaying the fault and we will endeavour to attend to your email as soon as possible.

Chasing Oso understands that you may want to cancel your order after purchasing. 

In order to cancel your order for a refund please contact hello@chasingoso.com.

Please note we cannot cancel your order after it has been despatched and you will have to arrange a change of mind return to our warehouse after you receive your order. In this case you will only be offered a store credit or exchange. See our change of mind returns policy here.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Chasing Oso promotions & discount codes are valid for a specific time frame only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To redeem discount codes they must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the discount code the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited or applied to another order and is not redeemable for cash. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are digital only and no shipping is charged for purchases of gift cards. If gift cards are purchased in the same transaction as any other product shipping will be charged as usual. After purchase of a Gift Card you will receive an email of your digital gift card and instructions on how to redeem it. To redeem simply insert your gift card code into the discount box at checkout. Gift Cards are valid for three from the date of purchase and cannot be extended or honoured past the expiry date.

Unfortunately we cannot combine orders. If your orders have not yet been despatched we will offer to cancel all your orders which the garments can then be re-purchased online in one singular order. Please note Chasing Oso takes no responsibility if the re-stocked garments sell out or become unavailable before you are able to re-place your order.

Here at Chasing Oso many of our styles are limited edition. In most cases designs will not be restocked, however if you would like to enquire about a particular style please contact hello@chasingoso.com.

If your order has not yet been received within the postage time frames outlined here, we ask that you kindly check the tracking information on your order. 

Upon despatch of your order you would have received an email stating your tracking number.

If the tracking on your order has had no movements or has been sent to or delivered to an incorrect area please contact us at hello@chasingoso.com and we will look into the matter immediately.

When purchasing with Chasing Oso please note that we only charge for transportation costs to your country. Chasing Oso cannot be held liable for any customs fees charged by your country's government upon importation of the goods. 

We advise you to research your governments customs & duties fees for importing good from outside your country before placing your order with Chasing Oso.

If your order is returned to sender, it is at the discretion of Chasing Oso weather or not to offer a refund for the goods in question (promotions, time frames ect will impact this decision), however if there any customs fees or charges incurred in order to receive the order back into Australia, those fees will be deducted from the total refund issued after we receive the returned goods.
