WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Chasing Oso is happy to refund/exchange or credit items that are deemed faulty by Chasing Oso. Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of placing your order. It is at the discretion of Chasing Oso upon accessing the garment that depending on the conditions of the garment, how the product was washed, cared for and the extent of the fault, to then offer either a refund, exchange or credit.

If you believe your item to be faulty please contact hello@chasingoso.com with your name, order number, details of the fault and preferably with some photographs displaying the fault and we will endeavour to attend to your email as soon as possible.
